Maggi noodles one of the common 2 minute recipe I think most of the peoples know the taste of this recipe this is the common recipe when you are in hurry first things come in mind that lets make maggi. Not only in hurry some time we make Maggie at home for taste change. People used to say “2 minute Maggi” but my Maggie always take time to cook I liked to cook masala Maggi, Vegetable Maggi, Egg Maggi and sometime chicken Maggi.
Maggi masala cooking time tales takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to cook If you want to make only Maggi masala and don’t want to add egg in it than follow my instructions properly and skip the egg part. Maggi masala need one packet Maggi, some vegetables, and 1 masala Maggi.
Egg Maggi this is not a 2 minutes Maggi, you need at least 15 minutes to cook it properly and tasty. We are not adding only eggs in simple Maggi, this is proper masala maggi with vegetables, spicy maggi masala and egg bhurji.
I recreated this recipe at home and came up with a slightly spicier version of my Maggi. This recipe is a must try if you like eggs bhurji and Maggi, and is so easy to make. It is extremely delicious. I usually add 2 eggs per Maggi when the eggs are small in size and sometimes add shredded cabbage for some extra crunchy. Give this recipe a try and I am sure this will become one of your favourite Maggi recipes.
|· 1 packet maggi noodles|
|· 2 egg|
|· 1/4 cup chopped onions and peas(matar)|
|· 1/4 cup chopped carrots|
|· 2 garlic cloves|
|· 1/4 cup chopped capsicum / bell pepper|
|· 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder|
|· Maggi Masala tastemaker|
|· Salt to taste|
how to make maggi
- In a vessel boil 1&1/2 cups water,turmeric powder. Break the maggi noodles into four parts.
- Once it starts to boil add the noodles.stir it continuosly.cook it for 2 mins.switch off the flame. Cover it with lid.
- In a pan add the butter, sauté onion in High flame .Then add the tomato and salt.
- Once it turns mushy add the Bell Pepper. Saute for a min in High flame.
- Then in centre, break the eggs and mix with veggies. Cook it for 2 mins.
- Now add the cooked noodles, red chilli powder, Maggi Masala, cumin powder.
- Mix everything well. Serve Hot !!
